At Saltkingdom, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Eligibility

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

Return Instructions

  • Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team at support@saltkingdom.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Refund

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes it takes a few days for the refund to be processed.
  • Contact Your Credit Card Company: There might be a processing delay before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact Your Bank: Processing time can vary between banks.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@saltkingdom.com.
